This policy explains how Jackie’s Realty handles information submitted through this website’s housing inquiry form and how to contact the team about that information.
Information collected
The form collects your name, email address, preferred contact method, move-in date and consent. When you select Phone or Messenger, it also asks for your telephone number or Messenger profile or username. You may choose to provide your customer type, family size, preferred area or gate, bedrooms, budget, pets, furnishing preferences, selected listing, saved homes, readiness-list preference and message.
We record the inquiry reference and submission time with the request. Please do not include passport numbers, military identification numbers, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information in your message.
How the information is used
The team uses your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your housing preferences, check relevant listings, coordinate follow-up and keep a record of the request. If you opt into the Housing Readiness List, the team may use your stated preferences to follow up about suitable housing. You can withdraw that request by contacting us.
Storage and access
Inquiries are saved in the website’s restricted administrator inquiry list and sent to Jackie’s Realty’s business email. Authorized staff use those records to manage follow-up. The website is hosted by Hostinger; website hosting and email delivery services process information as part of operating the service. External messaging services have their own privacy terms when you choose to use them.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are retained while the team responds to the inquiry and provides the requested housing follow-up. They should be deleted when no longer needed for those purposes, unless retention is required to meet an applicable legal obligation or resolve an outstanding dispute. Website records, email copies and routine backups may have separate deletion cycles; deletion from the inquiry list does not automatically delete copies already delivered by email.
You may request deletion or withdrawal from further follow-up by emailing the address below. Include the inquiry reference, if available, and the email address used to submit the inquiry. The team may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your own records.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access or correct your inquiry information, withdraw consent, stop follow-up or request deletion. You may decline optional form fields. Required fields are needed to process the online housing request; if you prefer, contact the team directly to discuss another way to make an inquiry.
Browser storage and external services
The Saved Homes and currency features store preferences in your browser. You can clear them using your browser’s site-data controls. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login. Embedded tours and external links may use services with their own privacy policies; tour content loads when requested.
