- 2Before the final inspection, prepare cleaning, repair, meter-reading, photo, and utility-settlement records.
- 3Keep written confirmation of the final inspection, key or access-card return, and deposit or outstanding-balance process.

Lease; written notice confirmation; move-in and move-out photos; final meter readings; utility settlement or closure records; all keys, access cards, and parking cards; final inspection record.
