Who confirms off-post housing authorization and OHA or LQA?
The Housing Services Office confirms the off-post process and handles lease processing and housing allowance authorization. A property listing is not proof of your eligibility or allowance approval.
Does a listing prove that a home is available or that utilities are included?
No. Check the displayed status, then ask Jackie’s team to confirm the current move-in date, deposit, management fee and which utilities are included in the proposed lease. “To confirm” means the condition has not been verified in the listing.
